This ensemble was formed by Russell Myers in 1995 to give advanced beginning to upper intermediate level guitar students an outlet for playing with other musicians in a group setting and to perform publicly. Comprised of both CMA students and faculty, this group regularly performs works by Bach, Debussy, Gershwin, and many others.

To be a part of this group, a student must be studying privately and have a serious interest in public performance. The guitar ensemble has performed regularly at the gallery hop and gives two private recitals each year.
