New to CMA, the Jazz Combo is a smaller version of the Jazz Ensemble intended for smaller venues with more intimate settings. Like the jazz ensemble, the focus of this ensemble is to provide students with a real world jazz/improvisation experience that is not found at any other private music school.

The arrangements for the combo are created by CMA faculty member Russell Myers and his improvisation and composition students. The group performs at a variety of venues around Columbus and is available for private functions. To check on availability, please call the studio.

The focus is extremely performance oriented. Participants must be taking private lessons and play at an advanced level.
